“So what’s your name?” the man sitting across me on the table asked with a straight face.
I stared at him with so much fear in my eyes…. I was scared he was going to tell the people i was running away from for the past few years were i was, so i remained silent.
“You have been silent for more than 3years now, if we are going to make progress in helping you to recuperate we have to start from somewhere. Please tell me what your name is, do not be afraid” he said
“Okay, let’s do it this way, My name is Doctor Alfred but just call me Alfred, and i am a therapist. This hospital is owned by my brother and i became so interested in your case after my brother told me about you, that’s why i have been seeing you for the past three years. So now tell me a little about yourself” he said with a smile….
“My name is Pe….ter and that’s everything you should know about me” I said rather sluggishly
That was the end of our conversation that day.
Doctor Alfred never stopped coming, he always brought along with him food and some clothings. Not minding the silent treatment i gave him, he’ll talk on and on about his daily life, his childhood memories and shared some jokes too. All i did was stare at him and smile…i wasn’t crazy but i couldn’t trust him to the extent of telling him my deepest secret, i couldn’t tell him i was being hunted by the ghosts from my past, it was better i remained silent…but a part of me wanted to tell him everything, he looked like a harmless guy. I made up my mind finally that i will tell him everything in his next visit.
“And how is my young friend doing today?” Doctor Alfred asked cheerfully as he walked into my hospital room.
“I’m fine” I said.
Doctor Alfred was shocked and looked at me …
“Nice improvement” was all he said.
Doctor Alfred continued with his usual stories but i said nothing…i was scared of revealing my secret, but i had to tell him today or die in silence….he was till talking when i cut him short and said
“I killed my family!!”
I noticed the fear in Doctor Alfred’s eye but i could careless, there was nothing to hide now…i had already told him what i had been carrying in my heart all these years.
“Tell me about it” he asked
I looked straight at him and said
“Just so you know, if you ever reveal what i am going to tell you to anyone, you will die just the way the rest of my family died”
Doctor Alfred looked at me speechless….

Reblogging this Waa necessary
My blogging story is a bit complicated because i really don’t know what inspired me to start blogging, but i can remember vividly that i wanted to make money enough to take care of my needs… And the first thing that came to my mind was “Open a blog” i had to go online to get ideas on how to open a blog and all. So i signed up with WORDPRESS, Voila! The page opened with a welcome address from WORDPRESS, i was a bit confused because i didn’t even know how this thing works, you can even see my first post here, it’ll show you how much of a novice i was.
But gradually, i started adjusting to the blogging routine…i got so many ideas from some of the blogs i viewed, worked a bit on the appearance of my blog, got a few ideas from some of my friends who viewed my blog.
I got so addicted to blogging especially when i finished school last year, i started getting so much ideas….got alot of inspiration and wrote my stories myself and will always read it to my sister for her comments before posting it on my blog.
February 2013 was the beginning of my blogging story. And today makes it 3 years, i started blogging and I’m so happy with the feedbacks i have gotten, although i have been really lazy for a while but i know I’ll definitely improve.
Thank you all for following me in this journey, for all the comments, the likes and the follows, I’m entirely grateful. God bless you all.
And i promise to always give you all the best.

“Aunty Princess goodmorning” and nieces will scream into my ears every morning i wake up…especially the smaller one, she’ll always spank me on my back with her tiny hands and say “Wake up” instead of getting angry I’ll just look at her and start smiling.
I wake up with so much joy in my heart, and start considering if i should go to work or not (Lazy mornings) having breakfast in the morning is not my thing, only have something in the morning when i feel like chewing something.
“Old park, old park!!” the different bus conductors from different buses would shout…that’s when it dawns on me that I’m going to work…before getting on that bus, I’ll always ask how much (i pay 40naira) because sometimes all these conductors can be really funny.
Different body odors, red sand…that’s what i have to deal with before i get to my office. On getting to my office, looking at the building alone makes me want to cry because it’s such a big building (3 Storey building) there’s an elevator in the building though, but it hasn’t been working for a while, so I’m left with my legs…. And again, my office is located at the last floor….can barely breathe by the time i get to my office, saying Good morning is like tough work because I’m still catching my breath….
Going around, saying hello to my fellow colleagues and finally settling down in the office doing nothing (government job you know) ….time goes by and suddenly it’s 12pm (lunchtime) but there’s no way I’m going down and coming up again… Let me bear the hunger biko, it’s almost 3pm.
The long awaited 3pm comes (even though the actual closing time is 4pm), it’s time for me to leave the office…quickly say my goodbyes before one of the staffs tries to keep me in the office till 4pm…
Let me not bore you with what happens after, but i know there are most people like me who go to work and not do anything and leave early even earlier than me lol.
Well as a corper this has been my daily life, so for everyone reading this….tell me about your daily life, just leave a comment below.
